Es wird gesungen, gesummt, gebrummt, es kommt fr\u00f6hlich daher, einschl\u00e4fernd, es muntert auf, es beruhigt&#8230; es stimmt den Geist auf die Yoga-Praxis ein und l\u00e4sst sie auch wieder ausklingen. Kurzum, OM hat wenig mit OMG (oh my god!) zu tun, auch wenn wir uns da jetzt diskussionm\u00e4ssig nicht auf die \u00c4ste herauslassen wollen \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OM also f\u00fcrs Yoga. Was es sonst noch so braucht dazu? nach \u00fcber einj\u00e4hriger Homeschoolingklasse in Yoga weiss ich, dass meine etwas angerosteten H\u00fcftgelenke sehr dankbar sind f\u00fcr ein Yoga-Kissen. Die Schweinerei mit dem Dinkelspelz abf\u00fcllen habe ich bereits wieder vergessen&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im selben Aufwasch ist noch ein solches Kissen entstanden &#8211; mit einem riesig grossen SMILE drauf und ohne Foto.
