Jetzt brummt&#8217;s und baggert&#8217;s da dr\u00fcben. Das Geb\u00e4ude des Verwaltungsgerichtes soll hier entstehen, weiter rechts in Richtung Bahnhof das <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.toponline.ch\/news\/winterthur\/detail\/news\/neubau-fuer-gefaengnis-und-staatsanwaltschaft-in-winterthur-00123522\/\" target=\"_blank\">neue Untersuchungsgef\u00e4ngnis<\/a> und
